Refunds depend on how many days remain before the event. The default policy is below; special cases may be adjusted by our team.

| 15 to 30 | 70% |
| 7 to 15 | 40% |
| Under 7 days | 0% |
Refunds go to the original payment method in 5โ7 working days after approval.

Request a new date from your booking. We check vendor availability and any peak-date price difference, then send a revised quotation.
