Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a quotation or book an event with Vqueue (VQueue Event Management).

Quotations and bookings

• A quotation is valid for 7 days from the date it is sent.
• A booking is confirmed only when the advance payment is received.
• Services are fulfilled by approved vendors assigned by us. We are responsible for delivery to you.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, venue access and on-site contacts.
• Inform us of guest-count or timing changes before the cut-off shared on your booking page.
